Introduction
2022 year - 4th place Russian Russian Language and Literature educational program 6B01703 was developed by the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology of the NAO "Shakarim Semey University" and is focused on the formation of key competencies necessary for the preparation of a teacher of Russian language and literature in the conditions of the updated content of education. When developing the educational program, all the labor functions prescribed in the professional standard were taken into account: teaching, educating, methodological, research, social and communicative. Primary attention is paid to the disciplines of psychological, pedagogical and methodological cycles. For the formation of philological competencies in the educational program, a system-functional approach to the disciplines of linguistic and literary cycles is carried out. The uniqueness of this program lies in the formation of additional competencies that provide the graduate with the opportunity to realize his creative potential not only in the field of school education and upbringing, but also cultural and educational activities.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for the preparation of bachelors is the development of students at least 205 credits of theoretical training, as well as at least 27 credits of practice, 8 credits of final certification. Total 240 credits.

Preparation of highly qualified teachers in Russian language and literature (in schools with Russian and non-Russian languages of instruction) with high social and civic responsibility, capable of carrying out professional activities in the following areas: the formation of a comprehensively developed student personality, the formation of systematic knowledge of the Russian language and literature, the organization of the educational process in Russian language and literature modern scientific and methodological level, scientific research.
