Introduction
The Master’s degree educational program "Russian Language and Literature", developed by the Department of Foreign and Russian Languages at Shakarim University, is aimed at developing personal qualities of graduate students, as well as forming general cultural (universal), general professional, and professional competencies that enable graduates to successfully carry out professional activities and perform educational functions. A distinctive feature of this educational program is its focus not only on deepening subject-specific and methodological competencies, but also on expanding students’ sociocultural and communicative skills through interdisciplinary integration. The regulatory and legal framework for the development of the Master's program includes: The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" dated July 27, 2007, No. 319-III; The National Qualifications Framework; The Professional Standard "Teacher"; Regulatory and methodological documents of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for the preparation of masters of the scientific and pedagogical direction is the development of at least 88 credits of theoretical training, including 6 credits of pedagogical practice, 13 credits of research practice, as well as at least 24 credits of research work of a master s student, including internships and the completion of a master s thesis, at least 8 credits of the final attestations .
