Introduction
2022 year - 15th place Educational program 7M01101 - Pedagogy and psychology, implemented by the Shakarim University of Semey, was developed by the teaching staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty of Humanities and Economics, taking into account the needs of the regional labor market, the requirements of regulatory documents of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a system of documents for the organization educational process. The educational program 7M01101 - Pedagogy and Psychology offers a new approach to the formation of key competencies required by the graduate and is aimed at preparing for the implementation of research and scientific research, teaching and educational and educational, organizational and managerial, expert and analytical work. The educational program is developed on the basis of a competency model for training specialists, which meets the needs of stakeholders. This model is a description of the key competencies of graduates, their level of preparedness and readiness to perform specific professional functions. The organization of educational activities of students in accordance with this EP is carried out through the planning of the educational process, the content of education, the choice of methods of conducting training sessions, independent work of students, forms of final control of their educational achievements. In the implementation of this educational program, teachers are involved who have completed advanced courses and internships both in leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for the preparation of masters of the scientific and pedagogical direction is the development of at least 88 credits of theoretical training, including 6 credits of pedagogical practice, 13 credits of research practice, as well as at least 24 credits of research work of a master's student, including internships and the completion of a master's thesis, at least 8 credits of the final attestations .
