Introduction
The Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Humanities, NAO Shakarim University, Semey, trains highly qualified specialists in the preschool education and training system. Educational program 7M01201 Preschool education and upbringing is focused on the formation of a complex of theoretical, methodological, research knowledge and practical skills among undergraduates, which allow solving the problems of the preschool education system at a high professional level. In the course of mastering the educational program, the deepening of theoretical knowledge, an increase in the level of competence in the field of the theory and practice of the pedagogical process, educational technologies and research activities in the field of preschool education and variable preparation of senior preschool children for schooling are provided. The program provides for the study of a wide range of problems and trends of modern preschool pedagogy, including the issues of management and quality of preschool education. The advantage of graduates of the educational program is the ability to implement the formed professional competencies in a wide range of professional activity objects (pedagogical colleges and higher educational institutions, research institutes, institutes for advanced training and retraining of educators, authorized and local executive bodies in the field of education).
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for the preparation of masters of the scientific and pedagogical direction is the development of at least 88 credits of theoretical training, including 6 credits of pedagogical practice, 13 credits of research practice, as well as at least 24 credits of research work of a master s student, including internships and the completion of a master s thesis, at least 8 credits of the final attestations .
