Introduction
The educational program was developed by the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities and Economics of the Shakarim Semey University for the implementation of training in the educational program 7M01601-History. The priority areas of activity are: high quality of theoretical training; taking into account the needs of the region; practical orientation of training; cooperation with organizations and universities of the near and far abroad, research work of teachers and students. A distinctive feature of the proposed educational program is to meet the needs of the eastern region of Kazakhstan with highly qualified specialists who are able to engage in both teaching and research activities with the use of innovative pedagogical technologies. The advantage of OP 7M01601 History is that graduates can continue their studies at the next stage of education - in the PhD doctoral program at the department or can be sent to the target doctoral program in the leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Implementation of the scientific potential of students with participation in scientific research in the areas of departments. Also, the uniqueness of OP 7M01601 History can be considered the presence of disciplines that provide a high level of language training for the implementation of multilingual education.
The main criterion for the completion of the educational process for the preparation of masters of the scientific and pedagogical direction is the development of at least 88 credits of theoretical training, including 6 credits of pedagogical practice, 13 credits of research practice, as well as at least 24 credits of research work of a master's student, including internships and the completion of a master's thesis, at least 8 credits of the final attestations.
